Get started

Find your way around the Rendezvix menus

What each entry in the top menu does, and which ones your collaborators see depending on their role.

What it is for

Know where each feature lives. The menu at the top of every page gives access to your whole workspace: the + Create button to create anything in one click, five main entries (Home, Appointment types, Availability, My profile, Integrations) and then a second row of tools.

Before you start

Be signed in. The visible entries depend on the role: the owner sees everything; a Manager does not see Settings, Subscription, Integrations or Share; a View only access sees only Home, Clients, Statistics and Help (and has no + Create button).

Step by step

  1. + Create (top left, always visible): opens a menu to create an appointment type (one-on-one, group, collective, round robin), a webinar, a dated group session, a date poll or a single-use link. Set up your account with the setup wizard
  2. Home: your upcoming, past and cancelled bookings, and shortcuts. Track, confirm payment for and cancel an appointment
  3. Appointment types: duration, location, price, format. Create and edit an appointment type
  4. Availability: your hours, time off and time zone. Set your availability, time off and special hours
  5. My profile: the person shown to your guests (photo, name, title, introduction). Polish your profile and booking page
  6. Integrations: calendars, video conferencing, payments, SMS, CRM. The integrations centre
  7. Second row, more discreet: Sessions: group sessions and dated webinars. Create a group session or webinar
  8. Polls: find a common date. Find a date with a poll
  9. Clients: everyone who has booked, notes and export. The client book: notes, subscribers and export
  10. Forms: routing forms (Team plan). Routing forms
  11. Statistics: bookings, revenue and sources. Read your statistics
  12. Automations: automatic emails and SMS. Create automations (email and SMS)
  13. Team: members and role-based access. Add team members (hosts)
  14. Share: single-use links and the widget for your website. Share your page and create single-use links
  15. Settings: Profile, Payments, Domains, Connections, Video call, SMS reminders, Subscription. Polish your profile and booking page
  16. Guided paths: the guided walkthroughs. Use the guided paths
  17. Help: this help centre.

Expected result

You can open any screen in one click. Your name (top right) leads to “Subscription”; Sign out ends the session.

Tips

  • On a phone, the + Create button stays at the top and the menu scrolls sideways: the five main entries come first.
  • The “Finish setting up your account” banner (progress x of 4) takes you back to the wizard until everything is done.
  • You can install Rendezvix as an app: see Install Rendezvix as an app.

Common problems

“Access not allowed for your role.”
Your role does not allow this page. Ask the account owner to change your role in Team › App access.
I don’t see “Forms” or “Team” as in the help.
Some pages depend on the plan; they stay visible but show “included in the Team plan”.
