What the person booking goes through: choosing a slot, paying, rescheduling, cancelling, receiving SMS.

• Book an appointment (client side)

  What the person booking does: pick a type, a slot in their time zone, fill in their details and confirm.

• Reschedule or cancel your appointment (client side)

  From the email link: add to calendar, reschedule, cancel, within the notice period set by the provider.

• Pay for your appointment (client side)

  Card, PayPal, mobile money or manual payment: choose the method, pay, and what happens if payment is not made.

• SMS reminders for the client

  At booking, the client ticks the moments they want an SMS, and can stop them from their page.

• Pages and emails in French or English

  Public pages are translated into English; the language follows the visitor’s choice, then their browser.

• Unsubscribe from a provider’s news

  The unsubscribe link in every campaign message: one confirmation, immediate effect.

• Answer a date poll (guest side)

  For each proposed date, the guest picks Yes, Maybe or No, then sends their answer.
