Routing forms
Ask a few questions then send each visitor to the right appointment, a page or a message.
What it is for
Qualify your visitors before booking (“Which service suits you?”).
Before you start
Team plan, owner or Manager role.
Step by step
- Click Forms. Enter New form (title) then Create.
- Open the form. Set Title, Address, Introduction (optional) and tick Active form.
- Under Questions, add up to 6 questions: Single choice (buttons), Dropdown, Short text or Email, with Required and Options (one per line).
- Under Routing rules (10 at most), choose Question no., The answer (is / is not / contains), Value then the destination: An appointment type, A page (https://) or A message. The first matching rule applies.
- Set the Default destination then Save the form.
- Copy the form’s address (ends with
route.php?c=…&f=…) or use View the page.
Expected result
The visitor sees “Thank you! We are sending you to the next step…” and a Continue button, or the message. The Responses section counts the routings; Export to CSV downloads them.
Tips
- Save the questions first: rules refer to them by number.
Common problems
- “Routing forms are included in the Team plan. Change plan in Subscription.”
- Team plan feature.
- “Give the form a title.”
- Title required.
- “This address is already used by another form.”
- Change the address.
- The visitor sees “Answer the question: …” or “Enter a valid email: …”.
- A required question is empty or the email is incorrect.
