Round robin: spread appointments around
Each booking goes to the free member who has had the fewest (over 60 days).
What it is for
Share appointments fairly between several people.
Before you start
Team plan. At least two hosts with availability.
Step by step
- In Types, choose the Round robin format.
- Tick the Hosts (at least two).
- Click Save.
- Each member sets their hours (Add team members (hosts)).
Expected result
A slot is offered as soon as at least one host is free. The appointment goes to the free member with the fewest appointments of this type over the last 60 days; in a tie, to the least recently assigned. The client sees “With … or …”.
Tips
- Unlike collective, the hosts’ hours add up.
Common problems
- All appointments go to the same person.
- The other members are not available at those hours: check their schedules.
- No slot.
- No host is free: hours, time off or connected calendar.
