Before you start
Owner role (the page is not open to Managers).
Step by step
- Click Integrations in the menu.
- Browse the categories: Calendars, Video call, Payments, SMS, Team messaging, CRM and marketing, Automation, Your apps, Developers.
- Each row shows whether the tool is connected; click to open its setup page.
Expected result
You reach the right page: Connect Google Calendar or Outlook, Connect Zoom (meetings and webinars), Choose how to get paid, Set up SMS reminders (Twilio or Africa’s Talking), Slack, Teams, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Mailchimp connectors, Connect Zapier or Make, Connect Fluxia and Dossilia, Create and manage API keys.
Tips
- Credentials you enter are encrypted and never shown again; a field left empty keeps the saved value.
Common problems
- A connected tool shows as not connected.
- Its last test failed: open its page, read the message next to the “Needs attention” label and run Test the connection again.
