Answer a date poll (guest side)

For each proposed date, the guest picks Yes, Maybe or No, then sends their answer.

What it is for

Help guests answer a poll created by a provider.

Before you start

The poll link received from the provider.

Step by step

  1. Open the link: the title, duration and location are shown.
  2. For each date under “Your availability”, choose Yes, Maybe or No.
  3. Enter Full name and Email.
  4. Click Send my answer.

Expected result

“Thank you! Your answer is saved. You will receive an email when the date is set.” To change their answer, the guest resubmits the form with the same email.

Tips

  • When the provider closes the poll, the page says “This poll is closed.” with the chosen date.

Common problems

“Select at least one time that suits you …”
You need at least one Yes or Maybe.
“Poll not found.”
Incomplete link.
