A standalone webinar tool receives each session and each registrant, and returns the personal participation link.
What it is for
Use your own webinar platform while keeping registrations in Rendezvix.
Before you start
Owner role. A tool that follows the HTTP protocol described in PROTOCOLE-WEBINAIRE.md, reachable over https, and its API key.
Step by step
- Click Settings › Video call › Webinar tool.
- Enter the Tool address (https://…) and the Tool API key.
- Click Save and test.
- In a session, choose “Webinar tool” under Online meeting.
Expected result
The label changes to Connected. Each registrant receives their personal link by email.
Tips
- A tool at a private address is refused for security.
Common problems
- “Enter your webinar tool’s address (https://…).”
- The address is missing or invalid.
- “Enter the tool’s API key.”
- Missing key.
- Label “Needs attention”.
- The tool does not respond as expected: read the test message.
