Automations in English
Add an English version of a message: it is sent to clients who booked from the English page.
What it is for
Speak to each client in their language without doubling your automations.
Before you start
An existing automation (Create automations (email and SMS)).
Step by step
- Open the automation with Edit.
- Expand English version (optional).
- Fill in Subject and Message in English, with the same variables.
- Click Save.
Expected result
Clients who booked in English (Pages and emails in French or English) receive the English version, with dates converted. The others receive French. Without an English version, everyone receives French.
Tips
- The three ready-made templates already include their English version.
Common problems
- An English-speaking client receives the message in French.
- They did not book from the English page, or the automation has no English version.
