Connect Zoom (meetings and webinars)

Zoom Server-to-Server OAuth app: a meeting or webinar is created for each appointment or session.

What it is for

Generate Zoom links automatically and, for a Zoom webinar, a personal link for each registrant.

Owner role. A Zoom account. For webinars, the Zoom “Webinar” licence.

In the Zoom Marketplace, create a Server-to-Server OAuth app with the meeting:write:admin, webinar:write:admin and user:read:admin scopes (or meeting:write, webinar:write, user:read), then activate it.
In Rendezvix: Settings › Video call (or Integrations › Zoom). Enter Account ID, Client ID, Client Secret.
Click Save and test.
For an appointment type: choose Zoom as the automatic link (An automatic video link for each appointment). For a session: choose “Zoom — meeting” or “Zoom — webinar (Zoom Webinar licence)” under Online meeting (Create a group session or webinar).

The label changes to Connected with the test message. Each appointment or session creates its meeting by itself.

Test the connection rechecks at any time; Remove deletes the connection (sessions already created keep their link).
The number of participants depends on your Zoom plan.

“Zoom: enter your application’s Account ID, Client ID and Client Secret.”: A field is empty.
Label “Needs attention”.: The test message gives the cause: app not activated, missing scopes or wrong credentials.
The Zoom webinar is not created.: The Zoom “Webinar” licence is required; otherwise choose “Zoom — meeting”.
