Connect Google Meet
An event is created in your Google Calendar with a Meet link, for appointments and sessions.

Get automatic Meet links without leaving Google.
Before you start
Owner role. A Google OAuth application (Google Calendar API enabled) with the redirect address shown by Rendezvix.
Step by step
- Click Settings › Video call › Google Meet.
- Enter Client ID and Client secret, then Save credentials.
- Click Authorize with Google and accept.
- If Google Calendar is already connected (Connect Google Calendar or Outlook), Meet is offered automatically with no further setup.
- Choose Google Meet in the appointment type (An automatic video link for each appointment) or in a session’s Online meeting.
Expected result
“Google is connected.” A Meet link is created for each appointment or session.
Tips
- The number of participants depends on your Google Workspace plan.
Common problems
- “Google: enter the OAuth client ID and client secret.”
- A field is empty.
- “Google authorization denied or failed”
- Check the redirect address, that the Calendar API is enabled and the authorized account.
- No Meet link in the email.
- The type’s location is not “Video call”, or Meet is not chosen as the automatic link.
