Plans and limits

Free, Starter, Pro, Standard, Team, Unlimited: what each allows and how to read your usage.

What it is for

Know why an action is refused (“limit reached”) and which plan unlocks it.

Before you start

The plan is tied to the account. The paid Standard and Team plans are subscribed to in Subscribe, renew and pay your invoice; the others are assigned by the server administrator.

Step by step

  1. Free: 1 type, 25 bookings per month, 0 domains, 0 webhooks/keys, 1 upcoming session (10 seats), 0 members, 1 automation.
  2. Starter: 5 types, 150 bookings/month, 1 domain, 3 webhooks/keys, 10 sessions (50 seats), 2 members, 3 automations.
  3. Pro: 20 types, 1000 bookings/month, 5 domains, 10 webhooks/keys, 50 sessions (500 seats), 10 members, 20 automations.
  4. Standard: unlimited types, bookings, webhooks, sessions, members and automations; 1 domain; 1000 seats per session; without round robin, routing forms, white label or roles.
  5. Team: everything in Standard, plus round robin, routing forms, white label and access roles; 10 domains; 5000 seats per session.
  6. Unlimited: no limits (plan assigned by the administrator).
  7. To read your usage: Subscription › Usage section, or Settings › plan tab; each row shows used / limit.

Expected result

You know which limit is blocking you. Members on a Standard or Team plan are limited by the number of paid users minus one.

Tips

  • A monthly booking limit that has closed shows “Bookings are temporarily closed.” on the public page until the following month.
  • Accounts created from Dossilia keep the API and 3 webhooks even on the Free plan.
