Connect Fluxia and Dossilia
Each appointment creates or updates the contact in Fluxia or Dossilia, with tags and consent.
What it is for
Link Rendezvix to your other tools without double entry.
Before you start
A Rendezvix API key (Create and manage API keys), Starter plan or higher (accounts created from Dossilia keep the API included in the free version).
Step by step
- In Rendezvix, create an API key.
- In Fluxia (Settings › Connections › Connected tools) or Dossilia (Settings › Connected tools), enter the Rendezvix address and the
rk_…key. - The tool itself creates the signed webhook at Rendezvix (
POST api.php?r=hooks) and removes it on disconnection.
Expected result
Every appointment booked, paid, rescheduled or cancelled creates or updates the contact: tags rdv, rdv-<type> (and rdv-annule), consent, “Contacted” status (Fluxia) and a dated note. Sessions and webinars also feed contacts (tags webinaire or seance-groupe).
Tips
- In Rendezvix, the integration shows up as a webhook whose host contains “fluxia” or “dossilia”.
- An account created from Dossilia has no Rendezvix password: it signs in by signed link from Dossilia (Sign in and recover your password).
Common problems
- Contacts do not arrive.
- The webhook is paused, deleted or the key was revoked: disconnect and reconnect from the tool.
- Error 403 “The API is not included in this plan.”
- Free plan without a Dossilia link: change plan.
