Create surveys from Rendezvix, share the link after an appointment and upgrade when the limit is reached.
What it is for
Measure your clients’ satisfaction without leaving Rendezvix.
Before you start
Be the account owner or a manager.
Step by step
- Open Surveys and click “Create the survey” after choosing a template or entering a title.
- Tick “Publish right away” or publish it later from the list.
- Copy the public link and paste it into the “Thank-you after the appointment” automation (Create automations (email and SMS)).
- Open “Results” to read the answers in Sondagix, without signing in again.
Expected result
Your clients answer without an account; answers are tracked in Sondagix. The free plan includes 3 active surveys and 100 responses per month.
Tips
- Rendezvix “Polls” are for finding a date; “Surveys” measure satisfaction.
- A “Limit reached” banner offers Sondagix’s Pro or Premium plan.
Common problems
- Sondagix is temporarily unavailable.
- Try again in a moment; your existing surveys stay online.
- A survey stays in draft.
- The active survey limit is reached: close a survey or upgrade.
