Create your free account
Sign up in a minute: your booking page and default hours are ready right away.
What it is for
Get your Rendezvix workspace: a booking page in your name, office hours already filled in and, depending on the setup, a 14-day free trial with the Team plan features.
Before you start
No credit card. A valid email and a password of at least 10 characters. If the server administrator has closed sign-ups, the page shows “Sign-ups are closed.”.
Step by step
- Open the Rendezvix home page and click Create my free account (or Free trial in the top bar).
- Under “Create your account”, fill in Name shown on your booking page: this is the name your clients will see, and your page’s public address is built from it.
- Enter your Email and a Password (10 characters minimum).
- Tick the box that starts with “I have read the terms of use” (required).
- Click Create my account.
Expected result
You land on the “Welcome to Rendezvix” screen, which shows the 4 setup steps (profile, availability, first appointment, sharing) with the Start the setup button. Your account is active immediately: there is no activation email to confirm. See Set up your account with the setup wizard.
Tips
- Your default time zone is the server’s: check it in step 1 of the wizard or in Availability.
- The first account created on a new server becomes the platform administrator.
- During the trial, the account gets Team plan features; afterwards, pick a plan in Subscription.
Common problems
- “An account already exists with this email. Sign in.”
- Use Sign in, or Forgot your password? if you no longer remember it. See Sign in and recover your password.
- “The password must be at least 10 characters.”
- Choose a longer password (a phrase works well).
- “Too many attempts. Try again later.”
- There is a limit of 5 sign-ups per IP address per 15 minutes. Wait 15 minutes.
- “Please accept the terms of use.”
- Tick the terms box before clicking Create my account.
