Before you start

An API key (Create and manage API keys). All responses are JSON.

Step by step

  1. GET api.php?r=types: your active types.
  2. GET api.php?r=slots&type=<slug>&date=YYYY-MM-DD[&tz=TimeZone]: free slots.
  3. GET api.php?r=bookings[&status=][&from=][&to=] and GET ?r=booking&id=: appointments.
  4. POST ?r=book (type, ISO 8601 start, name, email, phone, tz, answers[]): book; POST ?r=cancel (id, message): cancel.
  5. GET ?r=events, GET ?r=registrations&event=<slug>, POST ?r=register, POST ?r=attendance (event, email, attended): sessions.
  6. GET ?r=contacts[&subscribed=1][&q=]: clients (with unsubscribe_url).
  7. GET ?r=hooks, POST ?r=hooks (url, events[]), DELETE ?r=hook&id=: webhooks. GET ?r=usage: plan and quotas.

Expected result

Useful return codes: 201 booking created (with payment_url if payment is required), 400 missing fields, 409 slot unavailable or payment not configured, 402 booking quota reached, 429 too many requests.

Tips

  • Example: curl -H "Authorization: Bearer rk_…" "https://your-rendezvix/api.php?r=bookings".
  • The provision route is for other tools in the ecosystem using a server key: it is not intended for clients.

Common problems

409 “Slot unavailable.”
The slot is no longer free in the requested time zone.
402 quota_exceeded
The plan’s monthly booking limit has been reached.
