Connect Zapier or Make
Paste the “Custom Webhook” address from Zapier or Make: every appointment triggers your scenarios.

Before you start
Owner role (no Manager access). Starter plan or higher.
Step by step
- Click Integrations › Automation, or open Zapier and Make.
- Zapier: create a Zap with the “Webhooks by Zapier › Catch Hook” trigger and copy the “Custom Webhook URL”. Make: create a scenario with the “Webhooks › Custom webhook” module and copy the address.
- Paste the address into Webhook address, add a Name (optional), keep the Simple format (recommended) (one field per piece of information) and tick the events.
- Click Add the connection, then Send a test: in Zapier click “Test trigger”; in Make the structure is detected (“Successfully determined”).
- For the other direction (create a booking, cancel), use “Webhooks by Zapier › Custom Request” or “Make › HTTP” with the API and a key (Create and manage API keys).
Expected result
The fields booking_nom, booking_email, booking_start… appear in your Zap or scenario.
Tips
- A Zapier/Make connection is one more webhook within the plan’s limit.
Common problems
- “Zapier and Make are available from the Starter plan.”
- Change plan.
- “Invalid address: paste the webhook address provided by …”
- Copy the full https address.
- “The test failed (…)”
- Zapier/Make did not accept the send: check that the Zap is active or that the scenario is listening.
- “Too many tests: try again later.”
- Test limit reached.
