Get started
Polish your profile and booking page
Photo, name, title, introduction, colour and contact email: the person your guests see at the top of your page and in emails.
What it is for
Build trust with your clients: your booking page shows your photo (or initials), your name, your title and your introduction, then your contact details, and emails reply to your contact email.
Before you start
Owner role (the Settings screen is not open to Managers).
Step by step
- Click My profile in the menu (or Settings, Profile tab): “Your public profile” opens.
- Add a Photo or logo (PNG, JPEG or WebP: it is cropped to a square), then fill in Display name and Title or role, choose your page’s Color, then the Contact email (alerts and client replies).
- Add your Website (it must start with http:// or https://), an Introduction (optional), an Identification line (optional) (for example a business number) and a Footer text (optional).
- Click Save.
- Click View my page to check: the introduction card appears at the top of the appointment list and of each calendar. Copy your page’s address shown under the title (it ends with
r.php?c=followed by your address) and open it to check how it looks.
Expected result
The message “Saved.” appears; your booking page and your emails reflect the changes.
Tips
- The public address is created at sign-up from your name; you can change it in step 1 of the setup wizard (note: a link you already shared then stops working). Add
&t=followed by a type to point to a specific appointment, and a source to measure where your clients come from. - White labelling (logo, hiding “Powered by Rendezvix”) is on the same page: see White label: logo and “Powered by Rendezvix” notice.
- Ad tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) too: see Ad tracking: Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel.
Common problems
- “Photo rejected: PNG, JPEG or WebP, 5 MB and 6000 px maximum.”
- Reduce the image or convert it to one of the three formats.
- “Invalid contact email.”
- Enter a full address (name@domain.ca) or leave the field empty.
- “Invalid color.”
- Use the colour picker (#RRGGBB format).
- The website does not appear.
- It is ignored if it does not start with http:// or https://.
- My clients reply to the wrong address.
- Fix the Contact email: it is the reply address of every email sent to clients.
