Subscription states: trial, active, grace period, suspended
What changes when the trial or the paid period ends, and how to reactivate your pages.
What it is for
Understand why public pages become unavailable and how to restore them (data is kept).
Before you start
None.
Step by step
- Trial: 14 days, with Team plan features and up to 10 users.
- Active: paid period in progress; a banner appears in the last 7 days.
- Grace period: after the end, 3 days during which pages stay active; banner “Your period has ended: your pages will be suspended in N day(s).”
- Suspended: after the grace period, booking pages respond “This booking page is temporarily unavailable.”, the API returns 402 and sign-in leads to Subscription.
- To reactivate: pay in Subscription (Subscribe, renew and pay your invoice).
Expected result
Payment reactivates pages immediately; data and appointments are intact.
Tips
- Reminder emails go out at 7 days, 3 days, at the end and at suspension.
- Older accounts, not subject to the subscription, are never suspended (“legacy” status).
Common problems
- My clients see “temporarily unavailable”.
- Account suspended: pay in Subscription.
- I paid but it is suspended.
- Reload Subscription; if the invoice stays “Pending”, contact support with the invoice number.
